To confirm your reservation we require 50% advance payment at the time of booking and the balance on the arrival in Nepal.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation made will be charged as follows:

1. Prior to 30 days 25% Cancellation Charge
2. Prior to 15 days 50% Cancellation Charge
3. Prior to 7 days 100% Cancellation Charge

COMPLIMENTARY:

50% Complimentary is provided to 1 tour leader accompanying 10-15 paying pax and 100% Complimentary for 1 tour leader accompanying 16 and above paying pax.

Guests, Booking through Internet, are entitled for 30% discount on package rates only.

Note: If you pay by credit card there will be an additional 4% extra bank charge.
